Successfully wrote, developed, and exercised plan with the USG inter-Department, and managed contract support.*Managed ASPR International Team activation in support to HHS ASPR Emergency Management Group operations and situational awareness during significant international disasters with a public health/medical component. Acted as HHS representative as required with USG and WHO/PAHO and international health departments, including with H1N1 Avian Influenza response.*HHS representative on USG inter-departmental international response plans, exercises, and policies, including with State Department/ Coordinator for Reconstruction and Stabilization.• On-call 24/7.
