I am an HR Specialist in L&D, with over three years of experience in different elements of HR. While in university, I volunteered with a youth non-profit organization, where I contributed to programs that developed leadership skills in young people. This sparked my interest in people and organizational development, and I am eager to expand my expertise in this field by gaining experience in areas such as performance optimization, leadership development and understanding workplace diversity.
