•Responsible for up to 16 intermediary support advisers•Training new starters to take broker support calls, understand policy and service levels to effectively provide updates on cases and relevant criteria•Helping colleagues understand the wider mortgage market to ensure they could provide the best service possible•Directly handling calls from brokers and working with key stakeholders to ensure the right resolution for the broker, society and customer was achieved

Working within a team responsible for advising customers on new mortgages and variations to existing contracts in line with MMR regulations. Continually supporting colleagues to aid development and enhance the customer journey. Working under pressure and strict deadlines with an average of 6 mortgage appointments a day, whilst continuing to deliver service to the high standards expected by the Society's customers.

Ensuring commercial targets were achieved whilst customers needs appropriately met.
