With Castellan I helped coordinate man-power and equipment over multiple developments, track and log daily activities of up to a crew of 30+ guys. Having work with civil surveyors, I transitioned to head of shallow servicing for residential and light commercial development. Over the years I honed many skills from civil survey and equipment operation, to project and time management.
