Growing up in Pelahatchie, Mississippi, my family taught me the value of hard work at a young age. From working on the family farm to the lessons learned as a child of educators, my early experiences built a strong foundation for my professional values. While studying chemical engineering at Mississippi State University, I began my career and my journey with Ergon in the company's Engineering Co-Op program. After earning my MBA at Mississippi State, I joined Ergon as a process engineer and served in a variety of positions over the past 23 years. I’m now taking on one of the most exciting roles in my career as President and CEO of Ergon Inc. I'm looking forward to building upon Ergon’s strong foundation in innovation, customer service and employee investment. Our key to success is the people who come here every day, striving to make Ergon the best it can be. It’s an honor to work with the Lampton family and our incredible employees. My plan as CEO is to continue leading by Doing Right for our customers, our people and the communities we are part of, as well as lead this company and the Ergon family toward continued growth and future success.
