As a residential lighting sales rep with Group 1, I help my customers understand lighting product details as well as the quickly changing LED technology effecting lighting design. I create and teach custom training programs to empower individual sales staff members with knowledge to help them sell products with confidence and efficiency. It’s important to me to help create a vision and road map for success with my customers that we can build on together.

"Food is Fuel for Life" is one of my teaching models to help participants understand that You Are What You EAT! Your body is very powerful and craves balance. I teach my audience how to find balance in nutrition ( what you put IN your body) exercise ( how you move on the outside) and managing stress (the thoughts that muddle thru your head all day). As a certified health and wellness coach my real passion is the teaching and empowering others in a group to support each other thru change.

With a 90 year history built in tradition and relationships, I joined the staff at a transitional period as a new senior pastor was being hired and trained in. My position was deemed to be a visionary about the future of the church. Keep the traditional feeling alive in all programming and fellowship opportunities, but at the same time slowly guide the staff and parishioners into new beginnings.I was able to see the big picture, set small and large goals to strive towards, as well as execute the necessary changes to move the congregation forward.

A wellness initiative can not be one size fits all because the culture of each company is different. I worked with companies to investigate their company culture and build a wellness program custom to their needs.

I served as the Vice President of Sales for this independent residential lighting rep agency. I covered MN, SD and ND providing training and customer service as well as sales tools for some 45 clients.Identifying and then communicating custom needs of each customer to my managers at each lighting manufacturer was a main focus of my job. I created custom training programs to empower individual sales people with knowledge to help them sell my product with confidence and efficiency. I worked well with a very diverse set of managers as well as customers.
