Advises the Commander on training, logistics, personnel and unit mobilization readiness requirements and ensure that the unit develops, updates, and maintains comprehensive mobilization plans, including preparation of vehicle load plans, unit movement plans, convoy clearance request.. Manages at the Task Force level. Supervises the Full-Time Support Personnel (FTSP) as the NCOIC.
