As lead developer in an agile team of 3 developers an architect and a functional analyst, my job was to implement user stories, assisting and coaching the other developers, reviewing and safeguarding the code and preparing the new release after every sprint. Other tasks included designing the application architecture together with the architect and making estimates on user stories with the analyst.

As a member of an agile team existing out of 5 members, my responsibilities were mainly implementing user stories, doing technical reviews for less advanced team members and watching over the correct implementation of our Euricom Service Factory. Assisting the technical architect when there is a big technical chunk of work to do.
