Led overall Web Analytic tool strategy and governance across the Commercial Lines organization. Acted as Development Lead in charge of design and implementation of various Web Analytics tools(Tealeaf, Adobe Analytics).

Headed design and architecture phase of a new Automatic Renewal process for the new Policy Admin system.Served as Development lead within multiple system areas for a large multi-layered Commercial Lines Policy Administration System (ECLPS). Functioned as a Lead developer in the combining of the Ohio Casualty Policy Commercial Lines admin system (Paris) and the Liberty Mutual Commercial Lines quoting application (CLIQ). This was a multi-faceted project that affected multiple system areas and resulted in the go-forward policy administration system (ECLPS).

Functioned as a key java developer rewriting the legacy mainframe Commercial Lines application. The new Policy system was the first OO application within the company leveraging Java for UI functionality. Led and maintained Commercial Lines Automatic Renewal and Conversion Renewal Systems.

Functioned as a mainframe developer using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCLDeveloper working on the legacy Commercial Lines Policy system. This included both UI and back-end work as well as maintaining JCL and providing on-call support.
