Marketed and rebranded SpectraGlaze (newly acquired national company) which included building and training a national sales force, website design, and developing AIA presentations and other training materials. Implemented 3D building information modeling software to enhance the customer experience. In charge of licensee program including licensee selection, contract negotiation, plant design, raw material needs, operations installation, training, and marketing. Incredibly involved in all parts of sales processes (including direct, design and licensee sales) and daily production

As an Architectural Sales Representative I effectively work with the architectural community by getting our products specified, providing continuing education, communicate job leads on projects that are specified with our products, as well as forward any potential sales opportunities to the sales team, customers etc.I effectively perform the following on a daily basis:-Increase our Architectural Specifications base for the Hi-Standard Construction Brands within our territory of Architects, Engineers, Specifiers and Design Builders.- Improve and maintain the visibility and reputation of the Hi-Standard Construction Brands within our territory of Architects, Engineers, Specifiers and Design Builders.- Increase sales of Texas Building Materials and the Hi-Standard Construction Brands products by actively developing specifications. Then follow through with effectively tracking throughout the project.- Promote and sell Key and New products within the Architectural community.- Establish and develop relationships with key masonry contractors, general contractors and design builder groups within our territory.

I am the central regional sales manager for FireRock Building Products. We manufacture niche building products that enrich custom homes nationwide. I run a sales team of outside sales individuals for our key markets in the central region of the U.S. as well as have a full support staff of inside sales reps in our corporate office. We represent FireRock by calling on residential architect firms to specify our products, call on custom home builders to purchase our products.

I represent Fire Rock by selling and servicing distributors, custom home builders and architects in the South West Territory of Texas, Louisianna, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado and New Mexico.
