Responsible for testing new software for our production tool (doing quality inspections on semi conducters) My job was to test the software to run these tools Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolve To follow up the field bugs from the customer To Investigate the Logs so that we could:a) Find root cause (bad setting/tool setup) and provide a solutionb) To reproduce the bug on the tool so that we can provide more info to the software engineersc) In case above did not work, try to provide the first analyze to the sw engineers so that they could find the root cause quicker.
