I use advanced design software to develop and refine concepts, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional viability.Technical Drawings: Producing precise architectural technical drawings that provide clear guidance for builders and construction workers. My drawings comply with all relevant regulations and legislation, ensuring that projects are visually compelling, legally sound, and safe.3D Visualization and VR Experiences: Developing professional quality CGI 3D architectural visualizations to help clients visualize their projects in detail. I also create interactive VR experiences, allowing clients to immerse themselves in their proposed spaces and make informed decisions about design elements.Client Presentation Materials: Compiling project proposals into professionally designed brochures that enhance the client experience. These brochures include detailed renderings, project timelines, and cost estimates, presented visually appealing and easily understood.Innovative Rendering Techniques: Leveraging my unique rendering style, which I have developed over years of practice, to produce stunning visual representations of projects. Briefly, the specs for this product was to create a precise conceptual functioning model consisting of two pallet boxes with brewery dispensers, that could be easily assembled onto various ground conditions indoor and outdoor for activities such as music festivals for example. The model and client was "impressed" with the results and was furthered into a discussion with the beverage company Heineken.
