MTN Haus is a Shopify Plus Partner and an end to end commerce solutions provider for Shopify merchants. We provide UX/UI design, full stack development and e-commerce strategy to B2B and DTC brands. We have extensive technical skills and are experts at creating simple solutions to complex problems and integrations. Based out of Colorado and Ohio, our team has helped launch a variety of stores in the fitness, health and wellness, home, outdoors and CPG industries.

I was part of the founding team for this American manufacturing company. I have held various leadership roles reporting directly to the CEO during growth from 2 to 500+ employees. Orchestrated the inception and growth of three new business teams: eCommerce, New Product Development and Events while maintaining company values and fast paced culture across all teams. E-COMMERCERecruited and managed a highly successful e-commerce team with growth from 1 to 30+ members consisting of backend developers, frontend developers, quality assurance, SEO/SEM, copywriting, design and e-commerce operations. NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTSpearheaded a 6 person imported product development team that has successfully launched over 200 new Rogue products. Managed product lifecycles from design, testing and manufacturing to branding, marketing and e-commerce. EVENTSDeveloped and managed an events team that supports over 50 annual events around the globe – CrossFit Games, Arnold Sports Festival and regional events. Established and maintained events processes including safety and logistics for domestic and international venues.

Oversaw and managed the launch of Canadian and European business units and established international distributors to increase the global footprint. Setup and managed international quoting and shipping department. Tasked with business growth relating to sales and product development. Developed and sourced new products and established relationships with new vendors to expand the Rogue ecommerce product portfolio. During this time the sport of CrossFit was emerging and Rogue the official equipment provider. I successfully managed logistics and equipment needs for the CrossFit Games season that included 17 domestic and international venues.

I was hired in as full-time employee number 2 and recruited by the founder to help establish and grow the Rogue brand. My responsibilities spanned from day-to-day operations including customer service, shipping and receiving, to HR and eCommerce.

Designed, tested and analyzed wheel and brake system for next generation Airbus and Boeing programs. Advanced product development of carbon-carbon and ceramic matrix composite materials for alternative business applications.
