Worked with the European Works Council and the local unions to ensure no disruption to the ambitious implementation timetable and no industrial action. This initiative revitalised the culture of the business, bringing focus to core activities and led to a change in the service delivery model in market.• Led the European HR team of approximately 220 people and created a talent strategy and succession plans for all key roles, replacing several, long serving leaders across Europe.
