As the Head of Operations of both Central London and South West England, the commercial return achieved within this territory is the largest contribution towards an annual UK Ebitda of £17 million. This performance is achieved through proudly leading and empowering 700 plus team members to operate the most efficient health clubs within the industry. A continued key focus and ambition within my team is the true development and growth of the key leaders and business influencers across my territory.
