Our LLM AI assistant platform boosts staff efficiency and improves outcomes. We actively enhance intelligence analysis through Business Enhancement Sprints, advance the development and integration of real-time products, and expand the use of our LLM AI assistant platform for operational efficiency. Responsible for exploring and implementing innovative approaches and solutions, and supporting strategic planning. Lead a pioneering agile procurement initiative, partnering with federal departments and agencies to test and refine this innovative process. Our efforts focused on reducing procurement risk through vendor collaboration, increased flexibility, and iterative work segments, ultimately establishing a GC Supply Arrangement for big data solutions specializing in network resolution and risk scoring. As strategic vendor manager, I advised executive leadership on industry trends and facilitated procurement and vendor engagements. Additionally, I conceptualized and launched an innovation accelerator service aimed at problem exploration, solution ideation, rapid prototyping, and fostering the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).I actively participate in international knowledge exchanges and leadership programs, including recently mentoring executives and speaking at the Cambridge SupTech Lab and the SupTech Innovation Leadership Programme. Leads a web development team responsible for web content management systems, case management systems, system integration services as well as usability, UX, and accessibility assessment and guidance services. Responsible for delivering Open Government, Information Management (IM) and Records Management (RM) policy, training, enterprise information architecture, and management services for enterprise document management , enterprise search and business process management systems. Aided in the development of Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) Information Management Guidance for Web 2.0 and the Directive on Open Government.

Deployed to take on Project Management duties for our organization's transition to Canada.ca, a Government of Canada-wide project to consolidate individual departmental websites to a single platform. Served as a liaison between internal stakeholders and subject matter experts from multiple departments, and prepared briefing materials for senior management and committees related to the project status and key issues.

As a tutor for Cambridge University's SupTech "Leading Transformation: Product And Organisational Innovation" and "Practical Data Science in Financial Supervision" programs, I guided and mentored SupTech leaders from Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Senegal, Egypt, and Pakistan.
