About Kris Wrightnour

Currently the service manager for NetEffect, I'm an experienced professional with more than 18 years in the IT field that began when I was only 16 years old. I got my start in the industry in 2001 when I worked in IT for a commercial real estate company. In 2005, I completed the Network Administrator Program, after which I started working at uptimeLV under David Rounds. In 2014, when uptimeLV merged with NetEffect, I took a senior management position with the new and larger company. Throughout my 14 years with the company, I've worked in multiple positions and earned several promotions. Currently, as service manager for NetEffect, I oversee the coordination of service delivery of all technical resources, the helpdesk and onsite support. I ensure each service delivery department is running smoothly, efficiently, and on task. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, and I'm an avid football fan.
