I am an experienced hearing instrument specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the customer service and sales industry. I have been working in the audiology field for 10 years now, but before this I was working my way through different customer service backgrounds. This prepared me to be a great hearing specialist because I know how to listen to the patient, provide a solution, and exceed their expectations. I am committed to making every patient feel confident and comfortable about their own journey to aural rehabilitation. It is a journey that is so different for everyone. It is my goal and passion to treat every patient that walks in my door like family and to help them hear better than they ever imagined they could. I have an Associate of Arts general studies degree from OTC and a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies, with a Psychology minor from UCM. I have completed the International Hearing Society distance learning course. I am currently licensed in the state of Kansas and Missouri to fit and dispense hearing devices. I am working on my national board certification currently.
