Product Designer
Current⦿ Conducting research, ideation, and overall design direction for various clients including creation of sketches, wireframes, hi- fidelity user interface designs and prototypes for multiple platforms (web, android, iOS)⦿ Building Mission & Points feature. This feature has been implemented in one of our big clients Sampoerna, by enhancing our Happy5 Culture product to learning platform. It can be utilized to improve employees knowledge and skill by doing mission and getting points for the reward. By implementing this feature, we can significantly boost the retention.⦿ Building Teams feature on both platforms (web & mobile), a feature to support our clients who run team-based organization. Improving team members visibility when viewing and aligning their goals/tasks to team objectives.⦿ Contribute in the development and adoption of our Design System from initial conception to implementation in the production environment. Improving our design process speed while maintaining consistency.⦿ Contribute in building internal documentation for the Design System.⦿ Aligning with software engineers and product managers to gather different perspective and to make sure the implementation is aligned with the design process.
