Workforce Solutions is a division of NTT Australia. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I work closely with internal NTT directors and practice managers to support the entire talent acquisition cycle for internal permanent employees. I am responsible for Digital IT recruitment.-Manage recruitment process from sourcing up to offer management and continuously improve and develop processes.-Partner with hiring managers in a consultative manner and support their current and future recruitment needs-Create engaging adverts to help attract the best talent.-Support the promotion of our EVP, particularly using Linkedin to createpresence and support the NTT brand.-Use best sourcing strategy; Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, database search, Github search, and network referrals to identify best talent.-Ensure that all new hires are onboarded in a professional and engaging way.

I recruit roles within infrastructure & cloud engineering, business intelligence & data analytics, program & project management, development, testing, robotics process automation, architecture, DevOps and business analysis. My duties are: -Source new candidates from Randstad internal talent database, established networks, Seek Talent Search, Recruitwizard (iProfile), Boolean Search, and LinkedIn Recruiter. -Coordinate with recruitment consultants to learn the job details, specific qualifications required, and the experience needed and use this information to source candidates who meet the criteria. -Manage end-to-end recruitment process including; role briefing, development of sourcing strategy, creation and posting of adverts, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, contract generation and final placement.-Ensure a positive candidate experience, managing their expectations well and moving them through the selection process swiftly and smoothly-Provide general recruitment administrative support.-Searching for and identifying job leads to pass to the relevant consultant and strive to identify a new candidate and client opportunities.

I am a part of a small dedicated team to develop and diversify the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment at Randstad in order to engage and drive business. Given that a large proportion of business in Australia fit into the SME category, the Client Engagement Team are critical to improving and defining the experience that SME Clients have with Randstad. I am responsible for supporting Randstad’s SME strategy through the identification, acquisition, and retention of clients within this important segment. My primary focus is to build relationships across divisions at Randstad and work closely with consultants to retain and re-engage clients.
