• Implementation of Quality Management System and Chemical Processing as per Standard Specifications and Customer Requirements such as the following:o Sulfuric Acid Anodize, MIL-A-8625F, Chemical Conversion, MIL-DTL-5541F, Passivate, AMS2700Eo NADCAP AC7108H, AC7004E• Maintain the company’s certifications by managing CAR and PAR.• Manages Continuous Improvement Program to ensure effectiveness and implementation of the Quality Management System by supporting employees with day to day tasks by controlling and generating all necessary documents, such as procedures and forms.• Demonstrates effective customer service by keeping trach of customer compliment and complaints.

 Performs precise and used documented analysis in support of analytical testing. Updates supervisor on status of all analyses and needed work. Trouble shoot plating processes (solution control/maintenance). Gather and tests wastewater samples for plant efficiency reports as required inaccordance with local, state, and federal requirements. Performs quality control tests on laboratory equipment and lab analysis of platingoperations Assures that plant operates with in required standards Operates plating processes. Maintain proper specifications of electroplating baths in the production bycollecting samples and performing routine solution analysis of each forconcentration, pH level, and temperature. Inspects parts involving numerous precision tolerance dimensions.
