I think like most, I do my best work when I'm motivated by a greater good. I'm so fortunate for this opportunity to match providers with their perfect fit in the PNW, one of my favorite places in the world. Like most recruiters, working in recruiting and staffing for 15+ years has given me an insight how organizations operate from within - some good, others not so much. Most people care, but some really don't. You can look down at my experience to find out what I've done, but what I'm doing now is more important. It's finding good people, who feel the need to do good for others and placing them in the communities where they are needed most. I see these providers myself, as does my family, so the impact is personal. I'm OK if this sounds cheesy or corny, because in the morning, it's what gets me out of bed and at night, it's what helps me sleep. And I think that's a pretty universal motivator. I love recruiting, I love being the first person in a company a prospective employee speaks with and setting the tone for the organization's environment and culture. I love connecting with and meeting new people, sharing ideas, wins and losses, what's working and what isn't.
