Coach and Develop Athletes in the U12/U14/U16 Divisions

Help coach and develop athletes in the U12 division. Monitor progression of athletes in the U8/U10 division who are with other coaches. Help coordinate, plan and execute pre season parent meetings, development and progression throughout the season, mountain day trips and race weekends.By working and talking with the parents and the athletes, ensure they are on the right path to being successful and know what their goals are.

Level 2 Certified High Ropes Facilitator.Facilitated team building events with both schools and corporate groups starting with games to promote teamwork, working our way to the high ropes course by the end of the event. Was responsible for performing maintenance and inspections on the High Ropes Course.

Certified Level 3 CSIA Full time Instructor. Was involved with teaching children and adults develop their skills in both group and private lessons. Was a trainer for all snow school staff. Helped develop staff to become both better skiers and instructors which created a stronger team.

Coordinate and manage all Youth Programs at the facility.Work with instructors and facilitators to grow and develop existing programs, as well creating new programs and scheduled activity. Have already brought a Karate program back to the facility which is currently growing and succeeding. Hiring, scheduling, training and management of Kid Zone staff who run the Bouncers and be a hostess for birthday parties at the facility. Hiring, scheduling, training and management of Summer Camp staff. Plan, manage, coordinate summer camp activities. Plan and book off trips each week of summer camp ensuring buses are booked for each trip.

Inbound Emergency Road Service representative. Worked with, monitored and coached new hires in their first few months of employment.

Was a part time Ski Instructor working with both children and adults to develop their skills.
