After working as the P&E intern for 8 months, I was promoted based my dedication and hardwork. Handled all the partnerships between iSchoolConnect and various student bodies where we tried to build a long-term partnership through webinars and fest sponsorships.

Data collection for Delhi region's Universities, Clubs and Influencers. And conducting meetings for prospective collaboration. Add: Fests of Engineering Colleges all over India.

I was presented with the opportunity to intern at Sagar Cements Limited for my Summer Internship. I conducted my own research for 6 weeks towards the partial completion of my undergraduate program in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Honours. I conducted a research by surveying 50 dealers and sub-dealers of Sagar Cements. Every individual survey taught me something different about the company and gave me a vast dataset to work on. I used several tools on excel to create a detailed marketing report on how Sagar Cements can improve its products while getting the maximum ROI.

My friends and I started discussing start-up ideas and realised that we will have to do networking to improve our reach. So, we came up with this idea and launched Outreach Network's page - a community for budding entrepreneurs and small businesses. We provide a forum for young, talented and all kinds of inspiring business men a s women to answer questions about their business and explain their journey. By the end of the year, we aim to have collaborated with over 100 businesses and even interview well-identidied social media influencers and other personalities. This will help the businesses grow, while it will help aspiring entrepreneurs like us to learn from the leading businessmen.We are 6 friends, and have our work divided. My job is to contact potential start-ups, businesses and other personalities and make them collaborate with us. This helps me to improve my skills in email, text and call communication. I also frame questionnaires for a lot of the businesses. This helps me improve the research and development skill in me, as I research the individual businesses and develop a personalized questionnaire based on it.As we expand, we will move towards hiring interns to do the tasks like contacting people, video editing, marketing etc., while we do the main tasks like taking interviews.

I have been selected to hire and manage my own team of sales and marketing interns. I have been given the freedom and flexibility to try my own ways to drive my team towards success. Hoping to make an impact.

It was a 15-days work-from-home internship. Completed day-to-day tasks of video and reels creation for Handout Foundation's instagram handle. Made about 8-10 videos in total. First time experience in video editing - learned and started editing after that.

Attended timely meetings and learned to find and sell to potential customers. Created demnad through extensive promotions on whatsapp and instagram. Learned how to approach people and offer them something that we are selling.
