* Educated underprivileged women about menstrual hygiene and its importance. * Partnered with the local BMC in Mumbai, to work with a specific slum to quantify our impact. * Provided means of menstrual hygiene such as sanitary pads through 6 pad drives, having impacted over 1000 women.* Aimed to remove the stigma around the concept of periods.

* Monitored the cash inflows (fees from mentees) and cash outflows (payouts to mentors) over time. * Budgeted on a monthly basis to manage the liquidity and profitability of the organization. * Made cold-calls to find new clients to provide our services to.

Role & Responsibilities: -* Chaired TAUP MUN & participated in over 10 MUN’s, securing awards in 3 out of 10 MUN’s. * Executed social media campaigns to improve outreach & brand visibility.* Raised funds to feed 1400+ underprivileged people starving during COVID crisis through a crowdfunding campaign. * Deployed & planned new programs and events to expand the product pipeline of the organization.

As a Ted-Ed club leader, I engaged with students guiding them through the guidelines of the platform & conducting orientation for them. I also mentored 15+ students to deliver top notch speeches at the forum.
