Collaborated with a team of business analysts to create a high scoring business presentation for the Formula SAE competition. Conducted extensive research on the given prompt which was to build a strategic business plan around moving from an electric car to a non-solely electric based propulsion source. Analyzed the market demands around environmental sustainability, current global supply chain constraints, profitability, and shareholder value. Additionally, did a competitive analysis to further understand gaps in the current market. Additionally, I successfully reached out to various companies for sponsorships and developed professional relationships with key automotive companies. Moreover, I worked closely with the team director to learn about the logistics, operations, and managing team finances.

Recognising the growing importance of sustainability and environmental practices in today's world, I worked on a project focused on the feasibility of developing a platform showcasing the Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) activities of companies, this would enable young professionals to learn more about their future employers’ ESG practices. I analyzed ESG reports of publicly listed companies in Hong Kong to extract key data that would be useful for young professionals. Following that, I conducted a current competitor analysis of existing professional networking websites to understand what ESG information currently exists on those platforms. Next, I conducted primary research consisting of interviews and online surveys to learn more about what ESG information in particular university students and recent graduates most want to know about their future employers. A promotional campaign strategy was developed which assisted us in receiving over 1000 responses for the online survey of respondents from 20 different countries. Finally, produced a comprehensive business business plan showcasing the proposed information that should be displayed in this new platform. Moreover, analysis of current competitors and possible hurdles with developing such a platform were also included. This was presented to the CEO and board of directors of the company.
