I am a legal intern at Karm Legal, a leading law firm in India that specializes in corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters. I am also a BBA LLB student at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, one of the top law schools in the country. My core competencies include legal research, legal writing, and legal assistance, which I have developed through my academic and professional endeavors.At Karm Legal, I assist the senior associates and partners in preparing legal documents, such as comprehensive written submissions, contracts, and agreements, for various clients and cases. I also conduct thorough research to identify and analyze relevant precedents, laws, and regulations, using various online and offline sources. I am passionate about learning new and emerging areas of law, such as blockchain technology and smart contracts, which I have explored through attending a national e-seminar and joining the Young ICCA, an international network of young arbitration practitioners. I believe that my skills, interests, and experiences can add value to the team and the organization, as I am eager to contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services and solutions. I am also keen to gain exposure to different aspects and domains of law, and to collaborate with diverse and talented professionals.
