Program Manager
CurrentAssists in managing the development and implementation of information systems that support existing and future business processes and strategic business goals. As appropriate and/or directed, serve as project lead on the development and maintenance of NCQA information systems. Works with the stakeholders to understand the requirements, document, and communicate the requirements effectively to the product team and development team using workflow storyboards, diagrams, process models, charts, use cases, scenarios, product backlogs and other forms. Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
