About Krish Mahajan
My mission is to seamlessly improve the lives of ordinary people by bringing cutting-edge AI and IT into everyday use with app development and inspired use of the web and the IoT.I’ve always been fascinated by Information Technology and the solutions it provides for people and corporations around the world. I have a BSc. in Information Technology from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. My majors were Economics and Computer Science, but I devoted my spare time conquering Web-Development, Applications Development, Social Network Theories and Practice, Algorithms and the Implementation of Big-Data Processing.After graduation I was involved in setting up and launching the UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and UPI 2.0 for the Bharat BillPay system for the National Payments Corporation of India. The NPCI is an initiative of the Reserve Bank of India and the Indian Banks’ Association. UPI facilitates the remote payment of utility bills across India and handled over 150 million transactions in its first month of operation.As ModiHost’s CTO, I focus on providing the ultimate hotel management experience for customers who comes into contact with our innovative HMS. Applying highly advanced technologies to time-honoured business and UX models and seeing the future opening up before me is always a thrill.My days are hectic. If I’m not rethinking and remapping the customer and investor experience around the use of robots, Watson Personal Assistant, In Touch Terminals and the Modinori In Touch App, then I’m implementing Big-Data principles into the ModiHost core.My deep and expanding knowledge of computer science and the latest hardware and software means I can keep finding the best possible solutions for everyone who experiences the Modinori environment – developers and the end users.I live in Frankfurt where my family, live concerts, supporting volunteer organizations and competing in half-marathons take care of my spare time.
