Being a Career Guidance Core in ECEA, I arrange different career oriented, skill development and job interview related sessions, classes and webinars for junior ECE students so that they can get well trained for placements and competitive exams. DSA Classes, GATE training sessions were arranged to upskill juniors. Alumni relations and Industrial Collaborations are also a part of Career Guidance work. I worked on industry partnering with companies in providing value added courses to junior undergraduate ECE students. Placement preparation Resources and materials have been provided to students as a part of the training process.

Arranged a National Industrial Visit to Karnataka along with a team of 10 people and took 140 students for the trip. Arranged Class schedule and Assessment Schedule.
