CurrentSenior Network Specialist at British Telecom.Providing core Routing and Switching support to Our International client's sites from all over the world.I'm working on an incident management team, where the incident raised as proactive or reactive by clients, then we provide resolutions as per our sla to ensure incident severity as ticket is P1, P2 and P3.Ensure SLA should not breach as per agreement.Providing support on Cisco catalyst, nexus, asr, acs and all other series products.Hands on working experience on ASR 9K, Nexus 7K and others series devices.
