• Handling Nokia products One-NDS, NT-HLR, HSS, IMS, SADM (device management) and PCS (PCRF). • Performing integration/installation and upgrade activities. • End to end case handling and remote support to resolve issues.• Support for Corrective maintenance of the operator’s network. • On-site project activities support• Handshake with next level support and case dispatching• Upgrade/update execution in lab setup.• Cases review call with internal stakeholders and customer• Emergency Rota support for critical issues

• Handling Ericsson VAS products like MMSC, MIEP/MSP (WAP Gateway), EIR, MIO, ADC, SAPC (PCRF), USSD, EMA and EMM.• Ownership in handling & resolving Emergency (Service outage/ Critical degradation in performance level) events via remote support access 24*7 week basis, within defined/agreed SLA period.• Software and Hardware upgrades of the VAS nodes..• To answer the customer and planning team queries on the optimization.• Performance monitoring of KPI and other various statistics related to VAS nodes to verify and enhance the VAS nodes functionalities.• Performing UAT and taking handover of projects. • Co-ordination with the 3PP service providers / other network teams for troubleshooting, commissioning routing and service related issues for VAS nodes.• Involvement in Expansion, Network Migration on any Commercial Live Network.• Studies and Pre-Studies of the various customer requirements related to expansion and optimization of the live networks.• Maintaining software backup and configuration backup of the VAS nodes.• Monitoring and managing Preventive maintenance activity.
