Monitoring And Evaluation Officer
Current• Assess the projects of the organization while keeping implementation, monitoring and evaluation as the focal point.• Finalizing the impact and process level indicators of the various programs of the organization.• Evaluate the existing input formats (for data collection) and revise them as per the requirement of the program teams and thematic leads.• Strengthen the reporting structure of the organization by generating need-based reports (monthly and quarterly basis) for the organization as well as to be submitted to Funders and Partners.• Monitor the data collection and entry process followed by implementation teams and improve the robustness of the same.• Ensure the compliance of the established monitoring structure at implementation level while maintaining the periodicity and timeliness in the reporting structure.• Facilitate third party evaluation studies (baseline, midline and impact assessment) on need basis.• Create a resource pool of agencies for third party evaluations for the organization.• Review the existing automated MIS of the organization on the parameters of usability, ease of data collection and data management and understand the feasibility of revision in the existing system.• Developing thematic input activity formats on MIS for real time data collection.• Verification of beneficiary data to ensure correct reporting.• Coordinate with Tata Trusts Tata Water Team, finance team and CML finance team for MIS & statutory compliances.• To provide training to the field on collection and tabulation of the data.• Anything relevant to one’s work as assigned from time to time by reporting officer.
