Product Development Responsible for development Oil & Gas chemicals.  Performance evaluation using instrumental techniques like PSD/ICP/AAS/IR /Wet chemistry/HTHP/LTLP etc.  Optimism utilization of laboratory and capacity to ensure quality according to client’s requirements and compliance with our integrity programs. Conduct inspection of natural raw minerals /materials and beneficiation of sub standard raw materials for getting low cost/high quality products.  Visit & review raw material quality available at mines,  Coordinate with mining team for good quality raw material exploration. Responsible for quality/Proficiency testing program with drilling mud testing laboratories within India & Abroad.  Ensuring compliance & Documentation as per API (ISO 13050), ISO 17025 , ISO 9001-2008 & OHSAS18000. Responsible for conducting laboratory technical audits, implementing the calibration schedule,  Implementation of latest version of test methods in laboratories.  Manage customer QA and new product development projects conducted internally or with external collaboration.
