Over all security in-charge, handling the team of 71 security & housekeeping staff(Security officer,Security Guards,Drivers) Investigation of Theft Cases, Handling the Labour related issues, Preparation and implementation of Security SOP, Training of Security staff, Mock Drill & Admin activities.

Managing important registers and updates all data regarding security services. Develop and implement Emergency Procedures. Maintain the security tools in proper working condition. Maintain liaison with local police and other law enforcement authorities. Monitoring the performance of Security Agencies throughout North Zone. Conducting security Audit through out North Zone. Investigation of theft cases. Will be responsible for visiting the allotted geographical area / units, verify the security records, incidents, reports and check the farm periphery and reports. Administer, direct and review security operation program to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees. Conduct Fire drills & Mock drills. Check all equipments and SOP. Verification of security bill etc.

Training and development of security staff, investigation of thefts,security audits and security survey , preparation of SOP for new units, handling of grievances of men under command, preparation of wages and collection of payments, handed combined manpower of 1200 including security officers, training officers, area officers, unit commanders.
