- Import/ Export Orders - Planning & Execution - Data Analysis- MIS Handling - INCO Terms - Order Processing- Payment / Commission Settlement - Re-Export Activities - Liaison - Interaction with Freight Forwarder - Co-ordination with CHA - Team Handling Executing import orders and handling import planning, data analysis, order review, etc. Handling order processing to Overseas Business Associates and looking after LC Opening. Reviewing “Letters of Credit” and following up activities for shipping documents. Coordinating with: o CHA for ensuring timely custom clearance and handling re-export activities.o Freight Forwarders for negotiating and finalising freight rates. Managing report creation through in-depth analysis and producing actionable information. Creating MIS report and presenting it to the concerned department.  Monitoring the implementation of MIS processes and evaluating their effectiveness. Formulating company performance reports and analyzing them as per company prospect.  Following up throughout order process to ensure vendor responsiveness, accuracy and client satisfaction.
