Production Shift - In charge look Production/Operation Process of HR coils in PLTCM (Coupled Pickling Line and Tandem Cold Rolling Mill) department.Looking operation of Laser welder, Scale Breaker, Pickling and Side Trimmer and Tandem Cold Rolling Mill.Manufacturing excellence practices like TPM, QSS, QC Tools, 5S etc.Sustaining high production levels in every shift by optimizing the schedule execution through effective resource management.Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve pre set production target.Mapping and streamlining the processing parameters (Acid and Coolant concentration, Fe content, Water & Temp) to maintain the product quality with set standard.Process EnhancementsStreamlining new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement, Power control and adopting cost reduction techniques.Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimum consumption material & machine and monitoring expenses.Quality AssuranceMaintain steel strips quality (surface finishing, gauge) as per customer requirements.Production PlanningRegular communication with other departments like maintenance, scheduling, quality, purchase etc. for time to supports to achieve the final outcome as daily productivity compliance & in turn achieving monthly targets.Software SkillsComprehensive exposure to MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, SAP PP Module, MES, MICA, IBA analyser etc. Training Gives Training to members, (New/Old both), related to Line instruments, Production procedures, Safety of each Instruments, Quality, SOP and SOP Updates, Counter Measures,
