JOB RESPONSIBILITY:( Standard Room ) Standard Room In-charge. Doing LAYOUT and SPC analysis for New Product Development & new Die Approval. Making inspection Gauge plan & CMM Program for new developed part. Doing Product Audit and Layout as per plan.  Plan & Maintaining scheduled calibration activity of instruments & gauges. Responsible person for PPAP approval.  To carry out inspection of dies electrodes and initial samples in co-ordination with concerned person of the department.  To calibrate gauges and fixtures in co-ordinate with calibration room. Good knowledge of GD & T ,MSA & SPC  Good knowledge of Manufacturing process, part inspection & Raw material testing and incoming material, PDC, GDC, Machined parts.JOB RESPONSIBILITY:( Casting /Machine Shop Section ) QA Shift In-charge. Daily Morning meeting and mange to all concerned.  Maintaining & documentation of records as per ISO/TS requirement. Check calibration status and condition of gauges.  Make shift schedule inprocess quality manpower & Handle all quality inspector & PDI inspector.  Analysis of rework material along with production Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly report including, top three defects.  Responsible for all setup in Casting/ Machine shop Analysis, customer complaints and Countermeasure & Action plan against Quality issues. Responsible for Spectro report, hydrogen porosity test, x-ray analysis and audit for process parameter. To improve overall quality through techniques like-5S, KAIZEN, 7QC Tool, POKA-YOKE, To analyze quality problems by using 7 QC tools & take corrective actions for continuous improvements & reduce line rejection. Well versed with SAP & ERP.
