- Responsible for efficient operations of co living residencies / hostels in Vadodara.- Manage a team of ,housekeeping and security guards to ensure service delivery.- Responsible of process excellence and service delivery for a positive customer experience.- Responsible for end to end operations of the residences and overall management.- Understanding the requirements of the guests and articulately dealing with situations and queries.- Ensuring that there are no shortages in food & drinks arranging for it when they occur.- Coordinate with concerned teams for repair & maintenance work at all the cluster.- Coordinate with venders to including Internet, laundry.
