From November 2010 to March 2019 , where I developed expertise in airline ticketing, reservations, and customer relations, ensuring seamless service delivery. I am well-versed in using Amadeus Global Distribution Systems (GDS), having completed a diploma in Airline Ticketing.My recent experience is my position at the Dehiwala – Mt. Lavinia Mayor's Office as a Computer Operator and Project Coordinator from February 2020 to December 2021.
