As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, I have learnt many background applications and principles that has established my inner understanding of how engineering projects and procedures are performed. Using this degree, it has displayed many tasks that involved researching ideation, planning tasks ahead of time and accomplishing required project demands.- Designing client projects using Solidwoks using different manufacturing methods- Analysing aerofoil structures using ANSYS software- Modelling project assessment items in Fusion 360- Calculating and conducting analysis based in microsoft Excel- Programming CNC machining operations for CAM parts- Applying post processor changes to CNC machines basde off their compatabilitiesIn the duration of my degree I have participated in the Griffith Racing Team, in assisting with manufacuring Griffith University's first electrical FSAE car. I have attained the passion for innovation, designing structures and finalising with high-quality products. Since I was a Mechanical Engineering student, I obtained employment at SolidCAM ANZ as an Applications Engineer. This workplace offered me extensive knowledge and experience in the CNC manufacturing industry. As helping customers is the crucial aspect of this employment, it is a privilege to accommodate our clients with the best CAM software and assistance required for their exclusive projects.At the start of 2024, I have obtained employment at CS GAS as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Part of my graduate program I am required to operate a Water and Solids Treatment Trailer manufactured by CS GAS, where we work alongside Ventia workover rigs on QGC Gas Wells. This part of my program allows me to understand the sequence of doing a workover and initial completions on a gas well while understanding the operations on the CS GAS WSTT trailer. This job allows me to operate the trailer at optimum efficiency for the rig and run calibrations on sensors and pumps throughout the workover, which has given me knowledge on reporting and producing datasheets for engineering use. Using these skills gained so far in my degree, working at SolidCAM and CS GAS, I am very ambitious to progress into a career based in the Oil and Gas Mining industry.
