Taking monthly provisions, monthly stock take for all 17 Locations and handling all month end closure activities in SAP.• Ensuring compliance with all statutory laws and company guidelines and keeping all licenses in place updated like (FSSAI License/Shop Act License/Trade License/Food & Civil Supplies License and reporting/Weights & Measurements Calibration Certificates/APMC License Etc.)• Ensure all new products being maintained in the depot and distributed as per the sales advise and evaluate the performance of the products to manage availability.• Manage & develop the STMS (Secondary Transportation Mode & System) and drive the system by establishing proper communication & relationship with vendors & service providers such as transporters, 3P service providers and vendors.• Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & TQM (Total Quality Management) systems are being followed according to the statutory & food processing norms and ensure 100% compliance in managing warehouse facility.• Ensure product safety & sustaining the Cargill Food Safety & Storage Management System (a global document) in place and ensure the guidelines are followed with zero tolerance.
