I have dedicated the past five years to The Plot Catering Co., a thriving venture that specialises in delivering outstanding culinary experiences for weddings and corporate events. I further expanded my gastronomical journey by setting up The Plot Deli, where we proudly showcase the finest producers and products from Devon & the wider South West.In parallel to my food business, my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for digital art have led me to create Hiraeth Studios. In just one year, we've made our mark in the NFT realm bridging the gap between the web2 & web3 worlds. Having several sold out NFT collections, building an international team, working on a novel series, digital and physical games, launching our own crypto currency and providing consultancy in the emerging and fast-paced NFT & Web3 domains. With a strong foundation in business leadership and a passion for innovative and creative ventures, I'm excited to continue embracing and adapting to the dynamic world of entrepreneurship, always driven by the quest for quality, authenticity, and sustainable success.
