• Provide service and customer support during field visits, tie workflow to schedule• Manage all onsite repair, maintenance, and test tasks of Electrical(Three- Phase/Single-Phase and DC power), Mechanical and Transport Refrigeration• Troubleshoot/diagnose errors, breakdowns, technical problems and determine proper solutions, Carried out on-site preventative maintenance service • Collect and analyze field incident data, Produce timely and detailed service reports, and Document processes• Operate company vehicle in a safe manner and monitor vehicle stock control, spare parts to ensure the availability to meet warranty and service needs• Work with Carrier X series, Advance series, Vector, Supra, Xarios, Citimax Viento, and Pulsor models
