Current• Patching and mitigating vulnerabilities on the infrastructure of a large enterprise with over 6000 servers that requires technical expertise and leadership.• Anchoring the migration of over 1200 end-of-life servers (2008/2012).• Managing cluster-based solutions (SQL always on, IIS, Hyper-V)• Implementing remote desktop services-related services• Utilizing Tanium to aid Patch management and software deployment based on diverse application/OS requirements• Windows/Linux Server Patching• Patching Windows Notebooks• Developing ITIL processes that reflect ServiceNow service catalogue tasks• Utilizing tools like Kenna and Wiz to reduce OS vulnerabilities• Managing a large number of server footprints in an environment powered by VMware vCenters.• Administration of a Nutanix Environment containing large number of Servers• Provisioning/Decommissioning/ Migrations/ Replication of Servers and services in the entire infrastructure• Supporting user and server owner issues directly communicating with them.• L3 level support Assistance with ServiceNow ticketing (logging in to bridge calls, troubleshooting, analyzing root cause, getting stake holders involved, working closely with problem & change management)• Reaching out to a large user base regarding server migration and ServiceNow incidents• Working a 24-hour-per-day rotating shift
