I am Head of Development at North Lincolnshire Council, having had 16 years experience in the Private Sector. I am an MBA qualified Chartered Landscape Architect and Chartered Town Planner with extensive ESG advisory experience in the strategic vision, strategy development and implementation for economic impact across the regeneration, clean energy, renewables, advanced manufacturing, culture and creative sectors for local, regional, devolved and national Governments as well as the private sector.Throughout my career I have worked across a range of sectors within the Built Environment including electricity, nuclear, transport, freight and logistics, regeneration, innovation, academia, R&D, Freeports and culture and creative Industries. I enjoy working in diverse teams bringing together different perspectives for improved outcomes and build strong relationships with Stakeholders. I bring practical delivery and management experience to ESG strategy formulation. By taking a human-centred approach I am able to influence stakeholders and build consensus, ensuring alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I have strong written and presentation skills with the ability to tailor material depending on the audience. I deliver successful funding applications and business cases to central Government for large capital regeneration programmes across the Towns Fund, Levelling Up Fund and Freeports. I also have experience of construction project management, delivering multi-million pound advanced manufacturing facilities for blue chip Clients wishing to create catalytic economic change through increasing research and development and strengthening supply chains.
