Current★ Built, led and actively contributed to test automation suites for UI (Selenium), Mobile (Appium), API (Rest-Assured), Performance testing (Gatling) frameworks from scratch, integrating it with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows for faster feedback across multiple teams in microservices architecture for global ECommerce and Sports Technology based clients, leading to faster issue identification/ resolution, resulting in improved quality, faster delivery in each sprint.★ Have been part of multiple QA initiatives within the project-account-wise Bug Bash sessions, product Release Train activities, such as Release Testing, Dry Runs, played primary interface between customer stakeholders and testing team advocating the right set of practices both internally and with clients.★ Have implemented BrowserStack and Saucelabs to run automation tests on host of real devices and OS.★ Introduced Accessibility (a11y) testing in the project by implementing aXE library in the project test automation suite that hugely helped the developers to improve the accessibility of the AUT.★ Improved test execution runtime to ~ 50% faster test execution, by implementing Parallel test execution using Gradle, Selenium Grid Docker infrastructure (previously a typical Regression test suite of a POD/ team would take ~30 mins, now it has decreased to ~10-12 mins), helped to bring down the Projects multiple CI-CD pipeline runtimes immensely due to shorter test stage runtime.★ Played a key role in devising the test strategy using the Test Pyramid model, testing types/areas, environment level strategy, and customer journey during project's inception phase.★ Have anchored/ participated in multiple interviews, contributed in restructuring the QA interview processes, led QA community events-such as QA Connect sessions, volunteering, planning & hosting Mega vodQA India event, conducted full-day Appium workshops showcasing my training/ mentoring skills
