This position involved a mix of customer and outlet support. My responsibilities required high proficiencies in mathematics, communication and various systems between management and customer facing outlets. These processes were not only strict but also highly autonomous, to allow for quick, impactful decisions to be made regarding stock flow, outlet shuttering and staffing. Adaptability, speed, prioritization and dogged persistence was key in this role.
