Fund raising from traditional methods of fund raising from PE and VC, Capital Markets and in the current scenario through Initial Coin Offering (ICO). Currently working with Media and Technology company with OTT using blockchain technology.Worked as CFO at Longfin Corp - a Fintech company in the space of Financing, Structured Finance/ Alternative Finance and Market Making in FX and FX derivatives. Overseeing business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, taxation planning, audit, legal, secretarial, investor relations of Longfin and its subsidiaries. Successfully managed Company’s listing with NASDAQ and handing investor relations function with market capitalization of $430 million.Prior to that worked as Head of Finance at Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust - a listed Real Estate Investment Trust in Singapore, responsible for overseeing all financial planning, IT, IPO listing, rights issue, investor relations, fund raising and shared services activities for the global real estate company with commercial, residential properties in UK and India. During the 8 year working tenure with Indiabulls and Chairman’s family office my role was mainly to handle the 15 subsidiary companies in the group (Mauritius, Cyprus & Indian Property SPVs), alongwith consolidation at Singapore level. Handling and liaising with external and internal teams for quarterly reporting in respects of accounting, finance, taxation, audits, cash management, and feasibility reports preparation for new acquisitions, accounting for acquisition and dispositions in the most tax efficient manner under IFRS, SFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP.
