Responsible for the formation and development of the Bancassurance channel of the company. To plan, design and implement overall bancasurance strategies including product design, product testing, distribution channel strategies and monitoring and growth of the company's business through banks.

Had been instrumental in setting up the Bancassurance department of the company through various banks in the UAE. Have defined product lines by understanding the needs of various banks, and also all the processes relating to separate lines of businesses. Also single handedly driving business through these strategic tie ups.

Job responsibilities included in understanding the various needs of banks to sell Life insurance as a part of the product basket to their clientele, as per the client segmentation of the bank right from the low end client base to the HNI & Wealth management base. Designing and customising various tailor made products for each bank, profit testing, laying out operational guidelines, drafting of SLAs and agreements and launching the product. Responsibilities also included handling operational issues, and monitoring sales activities with each bank.

Job responsibilities included driving the bancassurance sales model through strategic Business Tie-ups with alternate channels. Successfully handled the Automobile and broker channels, through strategic business tie-ups with automobile dealers/brokers and DSAs in Mumbai, and procuring business from the Corporate Agencies.
